Review of the Last Intra-day:
During previous intraday the Nifty made a high of 6561 and low 6476. After making an intraday range of 85 points, the Share Bazaar closed down 24 points at 6493. On the last trading day, European indices were down. FTSE was down 67 points, CAC was down 56 point, and DAX was down 171 points. US markets were down. Dow Jones closed down 231 points, S&P 500 was down 22 point, and Nasdaq was down by 63 points.
FII and DII Activity in Last Intraday:
Yesterday, FIIs bought Rs. 617 crores in cash segment while DIIs sold Rs. 314 crores in cash. FIIs bought Rs. 427 crores in Index futures and FIIs sold Rs. 186 crores in index options. In stock futures FIIs sold Rs. 599 crores and in stock options FIIs sold Rs. 20 crores. This is the provisional data from NSE. Here you can view final data from SEBI.
Options Segment Activity:
In f&o market, March series options data tells that, Nifty 6500 call adds 3.8 lac shares and Nifty 6600 call adds 1.6 lac shares. Nifty 6500 put adds 3.3 lac shares. Maximum 46.4 lac shares are outstanding at 6600 call and 66.5 lac shares at 6400 put. According to options data, bulls/bears activity is in the range of 6500-6600.
Beginning of the Day:
Today morning, Asian markets are trading negative. Nikkei is down 405 Points, Hang Seng is down 150 points, Taiwan is down by 48 points, and Kospi is down by 10 points.
